Stockport Comic Fest

As we say goodbye to Wilmslow Comic Con our attention turns fully towards Sale Comic Con which is our next big event. It's happening on Saturday 6 June.

We are very pleased to show the cover of Wow Comix Presents issue No.1by John Jackson and Junior Jones. We think it's rather splendid.

Our comic is to accompany the comic con and will have lots about what and where things are happening on the day, not to mention some fantastic comic strips.

Well the dust has settled on Wilmslow Comic Con for another year and I think we can say it was a success. The sun shone all day and lots of families were out enjoying the fun.

The event was very much a collaborative effort by Wilmslow BID, Launch Pad One, Don't Panic Events and of course Wow Events. Our good friends at Luxx Events provided The X Wing and Who-ray as usual provided a fantastic Dr Who set up.

Big thanks to all our traders and to everyone at Wow. Next stop Sale Comic Con on 6 June.
