Wow… it’s already been a week since ChasFest, and we’re still riding the high from it 🎶✨

What an incredible day it was for everyone involved ❤️

After seeing all the love and support, we’ve decided we’d love to make ChasFest an annual event… 👀🔥

There are lots of conversations happening behind the scenes right now, and all will be revealed in time 🤫🎤

But for now, there’s one big question we have to ask…

Who would join us again next year? 🙌
And who would be coming along for the very first time? 🎟️

Massive heavenly birthday to Charlie McNamara 🤍🎈

And look at this… a whole community coming together just for you. ChasFest 🎉 Only you could pull off something like this.

Today’s a bit of everything sad, happy, overwhelming but more than anything, it’s full of love ❤️ The kind you left behind in every single person here.

You’d probably be shaking your head at all the fuss… but secretly loving every second of it 😄 A whole day about you? Yeah, you wouldn’t complain too much 😉🎂

Honestly though, you’d be so proud of the people making this happen. The effort, the laughs, the stories it’s all you 🙌 Still bringing people together like you always did.

We miss you 🤍 We celebrate you 🎉 And somehow, you’ve still got everyone showing up for you… typical 😅

We are READY and we cannot wait to see you all there!! 🙌🔥

Grab yourself, your friends, your family… and yes, even your doggies 🐶💃🕺 everyone’s invited to the chaos (the fun kind 😏🎉)

🌞 Now… about the weather…
We’ve all been manifesting sunshine like absolute pros ☀️🧘‍♀️✨ BUT this is the UK so… expect ALL FOUR SEASONS in one afternoon 😂🌦️🌬️

So come prepared:
👢 Wellies? Yes.
🕶️ Sunnies? Also yes.
🧥 Raincoat? Probably wise.
Basically… dress like you’re going to a beach, a mud pit AND a wind tunnel at the same time 🤣

🎶 Don’t forget your chair this is a festival after all! Sit back, chill out, and soak up the vibes between dancing 💺🎵

Yesterday the ChasFest crew got together for a wholesome BBQ and a bit of footy… what could possibly go wrong? 😅🔥⚽

Enter Steve… self-appointed BBQ chef 👨‍🍳 (no one actually voted for this, by the way). Let’s just say things got very experimental, very quickly. At one point it looked less like a BBQ and more like a live episode of “Kitchen Nightmares” 😭🔥

Shoutout to the brave ‘miffins’ who risked it all to rescue the situation and make sure we didn’t starve — true heroes of the day 💪🌭

Somehow, against all odds, we got fed, had a laugh, and even managed to catch the game (with minimal casualties).

One day of rest before..… CHASFEST, WE’RE COMING FOR YOU 🎉🔥

🔥 Meet the Team 🔥

First up… Steve Johnson 👏

If Steve’s not working, he’s usually wishing he was out playing rugby 🏉… but those injuries just won’t let him 😅 (don’t worry Steve, we’ll still count you as a legend on the sidelines 💪)

After Kerry’s dad (and Steve’s father-in-law) sadly passed away ❤️, Steve stepped up in a big way taking on the role of club chairman for Wythenshawe Community Rugby Club. And honestly? He hasn’t looked back since.

A lot of what Steve does happens quietly behind the scenes 🤫 but it’s HUGE.🏟️ Securing new training facilities🏛️ Sitting through council meetings (the real endurance sport 😴)📋 Making sure the club has everything it needs to grow and thrive

It’s not the glamorous side of rugby… but it’s what keeps everything going 💪

His passion for the club comes from his father-in-law, and it’s clear he’s determined to turn those dreams into something even bigger ✨

That’s why making ChasFest something special a proper celebration of Charlie 💙 meant so much to him.

Running a club isn’t easy. It takes time, effort, and a lot of commitment… but Steve gives it everything 🙌

So here’s a massive shoutout to you, Steve your hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed 👏❤️
