Body Blitz has had a bit of a glow-up. Quite literally.

Our Thursday 10am-11am class now finishes with something a little different.

For the final five to 10 minutes, the lights go down, the glowsticks come out and one person gets to choose the song for everyone to dance and move along to.

A fun finish to a tough workout and a chance to leave the class smiling and sweating.

What a fantastic turnout for our Dance in the Dark charity class.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, got involved and helped make the event such a success.

A special thank you to our brilliant instructor Hazel Smith for leading the session and bringing so much energy and enthusiasm to the afternoon.

It was wonderful to see so many people coming together, having fun and supporting two fantastic causes, Friends of Wodson Park and CHIPS

Our football pitch and athletics track have served the East Herts community for many years, welcoming thousands of people through sport, fitness and events.

While both facilities continue to meet requirements, years of use mean they are now reaching the point where investment is needed to keep them at their best for future generations.

As a registered charity, we rely on the support of our community to help make projects like this possible.
