And we’re officially underway! Pattern 1 of Steotchalong 9 is DONE! 🙌🏻

I’m still not 100% convinced by my colour palette though… 👀 I feel like two of my colours might be just a little too close to each other.

Am I going to regret it?
Will it all magically come together?
Am I already overthinking it after Pattern 1? 😂

Probably.

But I’m sticking with it for now and trusting the process. After all, part of the fun of a mystery stitchalong is having absolutely NO IDEA where this is going! 🪡

Let’s see what happens when Pattern 2 arrives… 👀

📮✨ OFF TO THEIR NEW HOME! ✨📮

These three little ATCs were popped into the post today and are officially on their way to their new home! 💌

There’s always something quite satisfying about finishing an ATC, getting it packaged up and knowing that soon it’ll be landing through someone else’s letterbox. 🥰

I really enjoyed creating these three, and now I just have to hope they have a safe journey and that their new owner loves them as much as I enjoyed making them!

Another swap complete… which obviously means it’s time to start thinking about the next ones! 😂🪡✂️

How are we already starting Chapter 9 of 2026?! 📖

September is looking like it’s going to be a busy one, but there’s one thing I’ve been waiting VERY patiently for…

🧵 STEOTCHALONG IS FINALLY HERE! 🧵

At last! 😂 You’ve already seen my colour palette, and I am ridiculously excited to finally get started and see what this year’s mystery has in store for us.

September also brings a few other new beginnings…

🎭 I’m starting my Acting course!
📣 Cheer practice is BACK!
🍎 And hopefully some teaching too…

I haven’t received any teaching hours yet, but I have a feeling they’ll suddenly start appearing once all the schools are properly back and settled into the new term. 🤞

On the stitching front, I’m keeping my focus fairly sensible this month — famous last words! 😂

Apparently, the email link was sent to me… but it never actually arrived at my end! 😂🙈 I’m really hoping this isn’t a sign of what’s to come for Season 9! 🤣

But I’m in now, and more importantly…

🪡 And I am VERY ready to stitch!

✨ August ATCs — FINALLY finished! ✨

These took me a little longer than I expected, but they’re done and I’m really pleased with how they turned out! 🪡🧵

I actually finished another three ATCs as well… but blooming forgot to take a photo of them before popping them in the post to my swap partner! 🤦‍♀️😂 You’ll just have to take my word for it that they existed!

August’s theme was “Stained Glass Windows” 🪟✨ and I really enjoyed seeing these little designs come together.

Now I can officially say my August ATCs are DONE! 🙌

Onto September… 👀🪡

🧵✨ August Stitching Update! ✨🧵

I’m just finishing off a couple of ATCs tonight — which I’ve already counted towards August’s total — so I thought it was the perfect time to share my final update for the month!

My personal stitching goal for August was 5,000 stitches… and I absolutely smashed it with a total of 6,343 stitches! 🎉🪡 That’s 1,343 stitches over my goal!

I also managed to tick off plenty on my Stitcho Board, earned 21 points in the August Stitch Challenge and, most importantly, had lots of lovely stitching time along the way. 💛

I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made this month. There are still plenty of boxes waiting to be ticked and projects waiting for more stitches, but that’s all part of the fun!

Now it’s time to turn the page and see what September’s challenges have in store… 👀🍂

Bring on September! 🪡🍁✨
