Bruch’s Violin Concerto already sounds overwhelming during this afternoon’s rehearsal in the fine acoustics of this ancient space.

The Jopes Orchestra perform this evening at 7.30pm.

We are really looking forward to welcoming The Jopes Orchestra to St Germans Priory again this Sunday, 14th June, at 7.30pm.

We have been told that Bruch’s Violin Concerto will sound “amazing” in the Priory’s acoustics, and with Beethoven’s wonderful Seventh Symphony in the second half, it promises to be a very special evening.

We thought we would share a few photos from last year’s candlelit concert at the Priory, to give some sense of the atmosphere you can expect.
