12 weeks into our partnership with and we’re so proud of what these incredible young people have achieved.

Week by week we’ve watched confidence grow, friendships form and skills develop, both in and out of the water. The impact on the young people and their families has been truly beautiful to witness.

We’re delighted that this work was recognised on BBC North West Tonight, helping to highlight the importance of making swimming and water safety accessible for neurodivergent young people.

The best part? We’re continuing the programme, welcoming new families every week while seeing our regular swimmers go from strength to strength.

HydraForge isn’t just another fitness event. It’s something we’ve built from the ground up because we wanted to create a new level of challenge.

Teams of two. Rowing. Ski ergs. Wall balls. Functional fitness. Swimming. Strategy. Teamwork. And plenty of moments where you’ll have to dig a little deeper than you thought you could.

Whether you’re a swimmer, CrossFitter, HYROX athlete, triathlete or someone who just loves a challenge, HydraForge is designed to test you in a completely different way.

🚨 Next Sunday is going to be a fantastic afternoon! 🚨

At , water safety is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re running FREE children’s water safety sessions throughout the summer, led by .

We’re also delighted to be welcoming the amazing team from Sale Community Fire Station for a special afternoon dedicated to keeping our community safe.

What you can expect:
🏊 Interactive water safety workshops for children
🚒 Live demonstrations from the fire service, showcasing the incredible work they do to keep us safe
