We are so excited to be launching our access sports partnership for inclusive swimming tomorrow at 4pm.

We will be guiding disabled and neurodivergent children in the water over the coming 12 weeks.

The sessions run from 4pm until 5.30pm and so, between 5.30pm and 6pm, access to the changing rooms may be limited.

🚨 MASS STARTS!! 🚨

Do mass starts fill you with fear? 😅
You’re definitely not alone — it’s one of the biggest concerns swimmers have before an event.

The good news? It’s something you can practise 💪🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

We’re thinking of introducing mass start practice into our sessions to help swimmers build confidence, stay calm in the chaos, and get comfortable swimming in close proximity with others.

Today we’re celebrating International Women’s Day 2026 by shining a light on three incredible women from the family…… and 💙🌊

These women are absolutely integral to everything we do. They help keep the wheels turning, while inspiring, nurturing and supporting the swimmers, dippers, breathers and water-lovers of the future.

Their impact goes far beyond the water. With a wealth of knowledge and experience between them, what they bring to the community, both in and out of the water, is truly impossible to match.

We are also incredibly lucky to be surrounded by so many inspirational women who join us every week. Your strength, encouragement, laughter and bravery in the water make this community what it is.

So today we take a moment to celebrate you all. 💙
