💚 World Mental Health Day 💚

Running is about so much more than the miles. It’s about connection, community, laughter and the people who make every step worthwhile.

Our runners at the Robin Hood Half Marathon show just how much joy being active together can bring!

Today is a reminder to check in with yourself and others, keep talking, and remember that no one has to face things alone.
