STALL HOLDERS PLEASE NOTE!
fans Bestwood Lodge Pets and Ponies day at Bestwood Lodge Arnold
As the event is only 48 hours away, we need to nip and tuck the last minute details.
If you need a table, I will need to know today please, so we can have them ready for Sunday,
DROPPING OFF YOUR STUFF. this can be done Saturday between 12 and 4pm, if you wish to set up, so you can come later on Sunday, you may. I will be on site to assist.
SUNDAY, it will be busy setting up as we have 35 stalls please be as early as you can ( I will be there from 9 am and my team from 10.30) The top car park will be for Vendors, hotel guests and blue badge holders only, and it will fill up, all other guests for the event will be in a designated car park.
JUNE EVENT. This is 4 weeks away, so we are now taking stall bookings, places are filling up, so please book ASAP.
PETS AND PONIES UPDATE. Tickets are selling a lot, looking at sales, it will be as busy as the Easter event (850 to 900 guests) so we will be opening another bar, and extra toilets, plus a simple bar menu. we have an extra face painter, as the last event children were queueing to long, we also have extra food stalls as well as the bouncy castle. The petting zoo will be on the garden bar patio, away from the music, and the ponies will be on the field behind the hotel. the dog meet up will be at 1pm in front of the hotel.
THIS WILL BE A BUSY DAY, Please help each other as we all do, and lets all enjoy ourselves.

Time to start introducing some of our guests at our Pets and Ponies event next week, Let's start with Zoomies Nottingham - Mobile Dog Gym whether it's a bit of fun for your dog, or a medical issue and your furry friend needs to get active again, come and say hello to zoomies, they will be parked by the entrance next to Handmade by Crafty Paws who offer a wide range of dog treats, all hand made and healthy (my Bella loves them) this will also be the meeting point for our 1pm dog meet and walk in the woods with Daisy dogs, Kitty Cats and friends dog sitting and walking. Next post we will be introducing the wonderful pets and ponies from Zoe's Party Animals

Not my event, but Friends of bestwood country park. They do this event every year. Feel free to show them support.
P.S this isn't at bestwood lodge in arnold, it's the oppersit side of the park, at bestwood village.

The Darling Buds Of May event is THIS BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY - here's a sneak peek at what will be happening.
There will be lots of entertainment for all the family: Music from Strawberry Jammers, plant sale, birds of prey exhibition, a bug hunt, Bryce the Beekeeper, guided photography walk, storytelling, stalls from the Parish Council, FoBCP Wildlife Group, Hucknall Wildlife Group, & the WI, fun children's activities run by Greenwood, Gedling Play Forum's fantastic kid's games, an ice cream van and, of course, the usual Dynamo House Community Cafe and free guided tours of the historic Winding Engine House.

Enjoy fun in the sun - but be sun-safe... don't forget your sunscreen and the kiddies hats! ⛱️👒
