Cleveland Sitesafe Limited manufacture a wide range of secure, vandal resistant buildings, stores and amenity structures including pavilions, kiosks, playground stores, machinery garages, chemical stores, fuel stores and fuel tanks. All products are built to order so we can design products to the customers own required size and layout. Our range of Apex modular buildings are used for numerous purposes, manufactured in steel plate for strength and security, but clad in timber, brick, stone or texture coating and with apex tile roofs they provide excellent security and vandal resistance whilst still blend into many different settings.

A project we’re proud to have been part of from the very beginning.

We’ve been involved in the development of this new sports and community facility in East Cleveland since its conception in 2023. Now, working alongside Manners Group and in partnership with MFC Foundation and Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council we’re delighted to see it complete.

MFC Foundation does vital work across the Tees Valley, using the power of sport to raise aspirations and improve people’s life chances. Its work reaches beyond the pitch, supporting communities through sport, education, employability, health and wellbeing.

This facility is a fantastic asset for Loftus and the surrounding East Cleveland villages: a local base where people can come together, take part in sport and activities, and access opportunities closer to home. We’re proud that our modular building will help provide a welcoming home for the Foundation’s work in the area.

A brilliant project, built through partnership, and one we’re delighted to have supported from conception through to completion.

Just a roof tile?

On a recent project, we incorporated Metrotile E-Qube solar tiles into the Metrotile lightweight roofing system. The solar technology forms part of the roof tiles themselves, creating a neat, integrated finish while generating renewable electricity.
Helping reduce reliance on mains electricity and supporting the building’s overall energy performance—all within the roof covering itself.
