🏏 Brigade 2nd XI – A Perfect Weekend

League Win vs North Fermanagh 1st XI
Brigade 2nd XI made it two wins from two with a 22-run (DLS) victory over North Fermanagh. Valuable runs from Chris Dixon, William Finlay and Ewan Wilson helped Brigade post 189 before Wilson starred with the ball, leading a disciplined bowling effort that restricted the hosts to 93/5 from 21 overs. Another excellent all-round team performance from a youthful Brigade side.

Ulster Plate Win vs CSNI 2nd XI
The following day Brigade secured their place in the next round of the Ulster Plate with a 25-run win over CSNI 2nd XI at Stormont. An outstanding 99 from William Finlay set the pace as Brigade posted 244/9. With the ball, Nick Gray played a key role in keeping CSNI in check as Brigade defended their total successfully, completing a superb weekend for the young 2nd XI squad. 🏏

A close finish at Beechgrove tonight ended in a 9 run victory for our U15s.
43* for Reuben Bond with support from Caleb Bond 28 and Harry Mowbray 20 took us to a total of 112.
A fantastic bowling performance from Jacob Robinson (3 wickets) and Harry Mowbray (2 wickets) left Coleraine just falling short at the end.
