To our PUMP & PRAISE family.
It was recently brought to our attention that approximately 20 fraudulent websites and several third-party platforms have been impersonating PUMP & PRAISE and falsely selling Houston event tickets at inflated prices of $195–$270. We became aware of this after receiving complaints regarding ticket prices over $200, which led us to investigate and uncover multiple fake websites and unofficial ticket listings.
PUMP & PRAISE has always been about creating accessible, faith-filled experiences for our community, which is why our official tickets were only $15–$30. As a self-funded ministry and community-led movement, our goal has never been profit, but creating spaces where people can encounter God, community, joy, and freedom without financial barriers.
After working tirelessly to report fraudulent pages and protect our community, we are deeply saddened to share that the impact of these scams has made it impossible for us to move forward with our June 21st Houston event as planned. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to postpone PUMP & PRAISE Houston until further notice.
We are truly heartbroken by this situation, but remain committed to bringing PUMP & PRAISE to Houston this year and will share new dates as soon as possible.
If you purchased tickets through our official ticketing channel for PUMP & PRAISE Houston (Eventim), refunds will be issued. If tickets were purchased elsewhere, please contact the seller directly or speak with your bank.
Please note: Official PUMP & PRAISE tickets are ONLY available through the official PUMP & PRAISE website and Eventbrite. Any other seller is not affiliated with us.
