It's National Coffee Ice Cream Day! ☕️🍦What better way to celebrate than with this easy, no-churn, vegan protein coffee ice cream? Made with H**pWorx coffee, BodyMelt Protein, and garnished with Beyond Chocolate, it has all the flavor you’ll love, but none of the guilt. Here’s what you'll need 👇
-1 can coconut cream, frozen into ice cube molds
-1/4 cup cashews
-1 scoop BodyMelt Protein Powder (your choice of vanilla or chocolate)
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-1/3 cup oat milk
-1 package H**pWorx H**p Infused Coffee
- 1 square Beyond Chocolate (reserved for topping)
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately, or, if you prefer your ice cream firmer, transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 30 minutes-1 hour to firm up. Serve and enjoy! 😋
