The Market Bar in Inverness really got behind the Fringe this year. Aside from showcasing the truly amazing talent for their nightly acts, their artists on duty made these excellent displays on the famous chalk board
Thanks to Shirley Wyness and Melanie Gordon and all the team for supporting us this year
And to all the amazing acts from the entire week! Robin and Pat’s Boards were missed 🙏

A great night celebrating our super star 💫 volunteer team from the first Inverness Fringe

We had 30+ volunteers sign up to support the festival week, and their involvement meant we could deliver events safely and as smoothly as possible on such a tiny budget
They showed dedication and initiative throughout the week, and their feedback will shape next years festival to be even better

Thanks to you all here in the picture and those who couldn’t make it, or those who had popped in earlier! We really hope you will be back again next year ✨🫶💪

The Drink and Draw session with at Rebel Row was very special during the Fringe week
We had performing his set throughout - even became a muse for some of the Drawers
Alice from sewed the individual pieces live at the venue to create a quilt that is now hanging in the window of Rebel Row

A brilliant blend of music, art and local culture brought to life by the amazing people involved at Isle of Riso, Rebel Row and Lewis Bates (DJ) and of course the Fringe Volunteers and tech students from UHI Perth who had an absolute blast

A huge thank you to G Simpson Builders Ltd for supporting the first Inverness Fringe Festival.

Founded in 1999 and based in Beauly, Simpson Builders are a Highland construction company working across the Highlands on projects of all sizes, from homes and refurbishments to commercial and conservation work.

Support from local businesses has helped make this first festival possible - backing the artists, venues, events and audiences that brought Inverness Fringe to life across the city.

Susanna brought together Open Mic performers with 2 headline acts - and .tyrer.music
The night was full of talent, fun and celebration
