𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻!

𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗜 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟱𝘁𝗵 June explores the centre of Inverness and looks at some of lovely buildings lost over the years.

𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗜𝗜 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟲𝘁𝗵 explores '𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗼𝘁' area near the Black Bridge and Blackfriars Cemetery.

Both these walks 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝟮.𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀.

On 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹 around the Muirtown Basin. This walk 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝘂𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝟮.𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺.

A lovely group Nordic Walking at Daviot Woods tonight. Led by Karen Powell's Highland Pilates and Nordic Walking this group meets up weekly.

The weather cooperated and allowed them to do practice their technique and enjoy a walk in the forest paths. 🌳

Karen also has a Nordic Walking for Parkinson’s session on Thursday 4th June at Torvean Park
