Pride month is in full swing and there are still so many events to attend. It is all going off at Lochaber Pride this year with a packed, and we mean PACKED programme of events.
On Sunday 28th June the joy starts with a Pride Brunch at the cinema followed by the Pride Parade followed by a festival of talent; comedy, singers, drag (of course), African drummers, and LGBT Youth Scotland showing their support. Look out for Mama Nitro! too.

So get your glitter on and have a fabulous day with your friends, your family and your allies. Happy Pride everyone.

The big day is tomorrow folks!
On Saturday 20th June Caithness Pride is happening.
This is the 2nd year of this most Northern Mainland Pride event and it is a big one!
Starting at 10am with something for everyone, street stalls and vendors LGBT Youth Scotland live performances from local artists, stuff for the kids, the Pride Parade - and of course everyone's favourite high notes Diva Sugar Browne

bring your friends, family and allies - show the world that love always wins.
This day will be a belter - fingers crossed for a dry day!

As some of you will know, Caithness Pride have been targeted by homophobic theft and vandalism.
This is a cruel blow to a volunteer run grass roots charity, who work tirelessly to create a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community to be visible and express who they are.
We are calling on anyone who is able, both LGBTQ+ Community and our allies to show support for Caithness Pride and show everyone that

After our amazing Pride weekend - thank you to everyone who supported us beforehand, took part in running the day, and showed up to participate - we pass the flag onward to Caithness Pride.
They will continue the Pride celebrations in our part of Scotland on Saturday 20th June from 10am.
We wish you all the best for your second event - we are excited for your plans!

Support Caithness Pride if you can, give some time, give some cash, and most of all be there if you are able.

On Saturday 6th June - you showed up and told the world that Inverness and the Highlands is a welcoming place where the LGBTQ+ community can be celebrated.
Thank you to everyone who brought their energy, their presence, and their colours to Pride this year.
We are a community led charity, and this was a community event. Thank you to the allies, the sponsors, the contributors, the stallholders and the collaborating partners.

For all LGBTQ+ young people and their allies - this Placard making session is starting at Eden Court now.

All materials will be provided free, so why not spend a creative afternoon with other like minded folks - and make a placard for the Pride Parade!
