The historic Empire Hall is a centre of village life in Graffham. It is a venue for many regular community events including our annual Flower Show, Harvest Supper, Ladies Carol Concert, Easter Market, Christmas Fair and Burns Night Celebrations. Evening entertainments taking place in the Empire Hall include film nights by Graffham Empire Movies throughout the winter months and plays and musicals s
taged by The Graffham Rustics. The Hall Committee arrange occasional social events such as the forthcoming CASINO NIGHT. Local groups who meet in the village hall regularly include the Badminton Club, the Garden Group and the Thursday Club. The Empire Lunch Club arranges a lunch in the Hall each month which is open to all. The Hall is a Charity registered with the Charity Commission and is run by a Management Committee comprising elected officers and representatives of the various clubs and societies who use the facilities. The Hall is the normal meeting place of the Graffham Parish Council and is the Polling Station for local and national elections. The Empire Hall, Graffham is available for private hire for day and evening functions throughout the year. It's an excellent venue for receptions and parties (both for children and adults) and can seat 120 guests. It is a spacious and attractive building, constructed in 1907, and is a popular facility in the Village.
