Grittenham Barn is a beautiful listed, 17th century barn and wedding venue with lake, orchard and gardens - all with breathtaking views over the South Downs. We are licensed for civil ceremonies, both inside the barn and outside the grounds, and can accommodate up to 200 guests (120 seated, 200 standing)
As a small, relaxed, family-run venue, we only host one wedding per weekend, so the barn will
be yours from the day before until the day after your wedding. Grittenham Barn has been immaculately restored, and features a high roof, traditional iron chandeliers, wood floors and original brickwork walls. There is a stunning central fireplace - a roaring fire to greet your guests in chillier months. Grittenham is set in the heart of the West Sussex countryside between Petworth and Midhurst, and just a short drive from the Hampshire & Surrey borders.
