What an incredible return!

Distilled 2026 was alive and well this weekend after our short hiatus. Three sessions, twelve masterclasses and special pours, over 400 people through the doors and countless drams sampled.

Thank you to everyone who came along, to the teams who poured the drams and fed the drammers, and to UHI Moray for hosting us.

The last session of Distilled 2026 is underway, and it is a sold out one.

Session two runs from 16:00 to 20:00 at UHI Moray, Elgin, and that is Distilled 2026 done for another year.

17:00 Premium pour, The Glenfiddich 30 Year Old Suspended Time
18:00 The Art of Maturation, with the Murray McDavid team
18:00 Premium pour, Speyburn 50 Year Old, their oldest ever bottling

A fifty year old wh**ky and a thirty year old wh**ky, poured by the glass in the same session. That does not come round often, and this is the only session of the weekend where you can catch them.

Day one. The doors are open.

Distilled: Food & Drink is underway at UHI Moray, Elgin, and tonight's session runs until 22:00.

Distilleries, breweries and local food producers from across Speyside are with us, Qismat Street Food and Hoop Dawgs are serving hot food and Miele's will be scooping sweet treats outside. And if you have a Premium pass, Orrin's grazing station is waiting for you in the Premium Lounge.

A Masterclass pass is £70 and covers two expert-led masterclasses during your session, plus everything in Discovery.

Elgin Railway Station is a couple of minutes' walk away and the bus station isn't much further, so those are the easy options given what's in the glass.

Parking is available in the UHI Moray car park, with alternative parking on South Street if it's full.

"Hoop Dawgs are with us for both days of Distilled: Food & Drink.

Proper hot food between drams. The Classic Dawg comes with pork sausage, pork hotdog or vegan hotdog, fried onions or plain, and you can add cheese sauce, crispy bacon or go loaded with both. There's a Dawg of the Day if you fancy the premium option, plus tater tots on the side, plain or cheesy.

Gluten free and dietary options available on request.
