The City of Culture team wants to hear from visitors, businesses and anyone with a connection to Blackpool about what culture means to the town, what makes our town special and how culture can help create opportunities for the future.

Blackpool has been named on the longlist for UK City of Culture 2029. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase what makes our town unique while helping shape a vision for the future of Blackpool.

The bid team brings together Blackpool’s major cultural organisations, independent creatives, Blackpool Council, key businesses and tourism bodies.

We’ve written a short survey to gather your experiences and views to feed into the bid. Your feedback will help us understand what culture means to people locally, what matters most, and how it can benefit residents, communities, and businesses.
