AN UPDATE TO OUR WEAPONS POLICY ON FAIR GROUNDS EFFECTIVE SAT SEPT 19 2026!!

Q: Can I wear a sword or dagger with my costume?

A: Steel weapons are not allowed on fair grounds (except for official fair actors who can be identified by their fair pin).

Foam, wood or plastic weapons are allowed but must remain peace tied & attached to you at all times.

Volunteers at the gates will be checking, any costume weapons that do not comply will be asked to return to your vehicle.

Any weapons bought from a vendor can be held by that vendor until you are ready to leave.

No shields, pole arms, staffs or bows/arrows are allowed.

We want everyone to enjoy the festivities at the faire. The safety of all is paramount.

Use the entrance on Westmount Rd (by the shell gas station) and a volunteer can help you!

We are once again excited to partner with the The Food Bank of Waterloo Region for festival day!

Alongside your entry fee please consider bringing a non-perishable food item to donate to help someone in need!

Items in need include:
Rice
Pasta
Canned vegetables
Soup
Granola bars
Canned tuna

Children: $5.00 (ages 13 and under)
Family admission: $20 (up to 4 people, maximum two general admission)
Babes in arms are free
Personal Support Workers are free with a paid admission
No advance tickets, cash-only at the gates
