Lonsdale Boxing Club

Lonsdale Boxing Club Lonsdale Boxing Club is a boxing club in Regina, Saskatchewan which offers the training of Olympic style boxing. We also work with other sports.

From young children in our Mini Gloves program, to teens and adults in Boxercise or Boxing,we have it all. Try your first class for free! Boxercise is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm. For all ages and levels, it is a great fitness program that incorporates a great cardio workout with basic boxing skills. The workout changes every time so there is no worry of boredom and the results are great! All you need is a clean pair of shoes, workout clothes and you are set! Boxing classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 16 and under are 6:30-8pm and 17 and over are 8pm-9:30pm. A bit more intense, boxing class is a great workout with a bigger emphasis on techincal boxing. Workouts are for beginners to advanced and coaches are there to help everyone with what they need. You will learn the basics of footwork and punches, all the way to sparring and competing. Our Mini Gloves program is for ages 6-10. Focused on fun, this one hour class is held every Tuesday. 6-7 year olds are 5:30-6:30pm and the 8-10 year olds are 6:30-7:30pm. This class is geared towards getting the younger kids into a healthy habit of exercise while allowing them to learn the basics of boxing, all while having a fun, energy filled time! WELCOME BACK, LONSDALE FAM! 🥊
Summer is officially over—time to shake off the rust, wrap your hands, and get back on the canvas. 💥 The doors at 1361 Halifax Street are open, and our volunteer coaches are ready for you. Whether you’re returning or trying boxing for the first time, your first visit is always FREE! All you need is clean, indoor runners and a want to have some fun.

Our high-energy kid's program returns every Tuesday night! It’s a fun, one-night-a-week workout focused on Olympic-style fundamentals, fitness, and discipline.

Lonsdale Boxing Club would like to send our congrats and best of lucks to our Jakop who is headed off to Oklahoma tomorrow. Jakop will be part of Boxing Canada’s U17 team at the 2026 Rival OKC Championships from July 23-26. Join us helping to cheer Jakop on for this great opportunity. Well done Jakop.
