We are short of volunteers for Presentation Days, August 22-25, 2026.
We would love your help!
The most important jobs that we are looking to fill are

• Ring assistant - 1 person/day, Saturday, Monday
• Video assistant (responsible for coordinating between our video team and ring team to make sure we get the right shots for each horse, Sunday would be a training day and Monday/Tuesday you would be solo)- 1 person, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
• General runner/ring change over - at least 1 person/day, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
• Take down - the more people we get, the faster it will go :) Tuesday
• Lunches - we still need someone to organize and set up lunch on Monday
