"We loved having our wedding at the Ranch House in September 2026. One of the biggest advantages of this venue was how much was included, which really helped reduced the stress, coordination and complexity of planning. Having the tables, chairs, linens, full bar service and professional staff all included made the process so much easier.
The onsite catering through Highwood was another huge benefit. We will leave a separate review for them as I have a lot more good to say, but they were incredible and we had endless compliments on the meal.
A special shoutout to Kristal, whose passion for the wedding industry is apparent in what she does. From our first interactions, we could tell how dedicated she is to her business and to helping couples have an amazing experience. The same goes for her team - every staff member that we interacted with on the day of our wedding was friendly, professional and invested in making our day a success.
We had approx. 140 guests, which is probably right at the upper end of what we'd personally recommend for the space. It felt like we were about 1 table over the sweet spot, but even with that many people, the venue still functioned well, and our guests had a fantastic time.
On our wedding day, we had to make a last-minute decision to move our ceremony and cocktail hour indoors to the adjacent tent due to rain. The Ranch House team handled the change seamlessly and was clearly well-prepared for back up plans.
If you're looking for a venue that combines beautiful scenery, exceptional service and a fantastic meal, we highly recommend the Ranch House!"
