A fan favourite from this year’s festival - Kerson Leong! We received so much wonderful feedback from our audience surveys this year, and many responses specially naming Kerson and Roman Rabinovich’s Franck Sonata performance as a highlight of the season. This year CFW welcomed the Neos Quartet, 4 students from MRU Conservatory, who had the opportunity to experience CFW behind the scenes, as well as collaborate with CFW artist Tunde Jegede in performance. These students were also lucky to attend masterclasses with Blake Pouliot and Zoltán Fejérvári, learning from world class musicians.

Tonight at ChamberFest West!

Kerson Leong has been described as “not just one of Canada’s greatest violinists but one of the greatest violinists, period.” - Toronto Star
returns to the stage alongside Artistic Director Roman Rabinovich to perform César Franck’s Violin Sonata in A Major.

Also on tonight’s program are Franz Danzi’s Wind Quintet and Reynaldo Hahn’s Piano Quintet, making for an unforgettable evening of chamber music. This is a concert you won’t want to miss. We’ll see you there!

Three concerts down. Three unforgettable performances still to come.

What a fantastic start to ChamberFest West! We kicked things off with Tuesday's outdoor community concert, followed by our opening night at Bella Concert Hall and last night's 300 Years of Groove at the Grand Theatre.

Tonight, join us at the Rozsa Centre, University of Calgary, for an extraordinary program including César Franck’s Violin Sonata in A Major with Kerson Leong, violin, and Roman Rabinovich, piano.
