Lumen House is home to three distinct spaces, each designed to feel different and each ready to become your own.

Natural light, soaring ceilings and an open, airy atmosphere made for photo shoots, workshops, celebrations and connection.

🌿 The Vault
A more intimate setting with a warm lounge, collaborative workspace and kitchenette. Perfect for meetings, content creation and smaller gatherings.

🔑 The Suite
Our newest space. A beautifully styled, apartment-inspired setting designed for lifestyle photography, branding sessions, content creation and intimate experiences. With multiple rooms and vignettes to move through, it gives you an entirely different way to create at Lumen House.

The house is coming alive. ✨

Sunday Social is taking shape and I can finally share a little more of what you can expect.

Vinyl deep house. Live R&B. Tasty bites. A signature Sunday Social Spritz. Photography. Giveaways. Interactive experiences throughout the house. And plenty of creative ways to make walking up to someone you don’t know feel a whole lot easier.

Come for an hour or stay for the afternoon. Come with someone or come on your own. Take part in everything or simply grab a drink, find a spot and see who you meet.

Tickets will be $15 for one or $20 for two, with your first drink included 🙌🏼

We love hosting the Sutton Group-Select Realty Inc., Brokerage at Lumen House! ✨

Yesterday, their agents gathered for an afternoon of learning, conversation and connection, led by their mortgage advisors through some really great opportunities for renters looking to make the move into home ownership.

This is exactly what we love seeing Lumen used for. Bring your team together, share ideas, learn something new and have the kind of conversations that are just better in the same room.

Of course, a great workshop deserves great food. Amazing catering by Nova Catering Co. topped off the afternoon perfectly.
