They are subject to some adjustment over the next while as people get to test them out. So let us know your thoughts, and what you're stoked or worried about!!!

Registration begins tomorrow, May 2nd, at 6pm! It will be located on our website: www.twinriversstrength.ca

You're back in the Sandman Arena for 2026, with spots for 56 Full Powerlifting athletes, and 20 Bench Only, or do both!

Included in every registration will be your t-shirt, your swag bag, and this year, your $125 Vincent Lo Media Photo Package, for FREE!

Hello Everyone!

We are stoked to announce that will be in Kamloops and joining us for Twin Rivers Strengthfest 2026!!!

We have been wanting to get the involved in Strengthfest for a while now, so having that be a reality, is absolutely awesome!

The details so far are that Jason and Haya will be taking the reins as your Meet Directors for our Inaugural Kamloops Strongest Arm!

Early weigh in will be available on Friday evening, July 10th, and the action will start on Saturday mid-morning, July 11th. Cost and registration details to follow. Welcome to the 'Fest Armwrestlers, we are glad to have you!

Juat 1 or 2 shy of hitting half capacity last time I checked! It's awesome to see! Don't wait too long to get in on the action. We've only got 60 spots available and you don't want to be left behind on this one! We will do our platform Equipment shout out soon and get everyone on the same page.
