GlobalFest is Calgary's unsurpassed multi-cultural festival and Canada's premier fireworks event, designed to promote cultural diversity and awareness in our community. Take in the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes, that the OneWorld programming has to offer, and when the sun goes does, watch the international fireworks teams illuminate the sky with a symphony of music and world class pyrotechnics. GlobalFest plays host to various activities on site:

Cultural Pavilions
Performance Stages
Indigenous Tipi Village
International Food Booths
Community Activation Spaces
Night Market, and of course
Five nights of unique international fireworks.

To everyone who danced through the pavilions, shopped the Night Market, cheered on the Golden Fork chefs, looked up at the drones and stayed for the fireworks: thank you for bringing the energy. 🎆⁠

GlobalFest’s first year at Spruce Meadows was one for the books.

From the cultural pavilions and late-night bites to the music, dancing, drones and spectacular fireworks, thank you to everyone who came out and filled the grounds with so much energy.

And to the performers, vendors, volunteers, chefs and teams who brought it all to life, thank you for making Spruce Meadows feel like the whole world came to visit. 🌎❤️
