Q***r Mess Festival is a collaborative project bringing together six Brussels-based q***r collectives: Deep Down East, Q***r Future Club, Still lookin' brussels, Call of Dirty, GELATINA, and Viciosa Bruxelles
Born from a shared desire to connect, strengthen, and celebrate the local q***r scene, the festival acts as both a platform and a meeting point for our communities. Each collective carries its own identity, artistic direction, and community, and through this union, these singular visions are brought together.
More than just a collaboration, Q***r Mess is a collective statement. It reflects a commitment to building inclusive, safer spaces where every soul can express themselves. By merging forces, the project amplifies what each collective stands for individually while creating something larger, more dynamic, and more impactful.
At its heart, Q***r Mess festival is dedicated to supporting the local and q***r artists. Through events, performances, and scenography, it offers visibility, opportunities, and a space for creative exchange. It nurtures both emerging and established acts, contributing to a vibrant and sustainable cultural ecosystem in Brussels.
