Congratulations to three members of Narooma Surf Life Saving Club for the awarding of the National Medal. They were Brendan CONSTABLE, Chris YOUNG and Glenn BYWATER. This represents 15 years of service to the Community through Life Saving. Again, a big Congratulations.

Wear your life jackets when boating, rock fishing or on watercraft, secure your gear, and check your equipment before heading out. Safety first — even on a sweet holiday.

🚦 Plan Ahead and Drive Safe
Expect heavier traffic. Take breaks, avoid distractions, and never drive under the influence. Your loved ones want you home safe.

An amazing Moruya / Narooma nippers session/mini carnival this past Sunday. It was such a great opportunity for our nippers to experience a carnival atmosphere and to celebrate our successes together. Big thanks to Kimberli, Moruya’s JAC for all of the effort she put in to help organise this massive event and a big send off to her after contributing three years to the nippers program in Moruya. Our community is so grateful for your advice and guidance 🙏🦀 Other thank you’s go to all our water safety, age managers, officials, bbq volunteers, club captain and president. Appreciate all the assistance to get this event off the ground ⭐️🙏🦀

The fellas are back in the boat today for the Southern Penguins 🐧 at the 2026 SLSNSW Interseries Surf Boat Championships.

🦀🦀🦀 Nippers 8/3/2026 🦀🦀🦀

The sun popped out between the clouds and despite the rough swell we enjoyed the warm water!

Looking forward to seeing all our nippers back next weekend for our “friendly” between Moruya and Narooma nippers. Start time is a bit earlier 9.30am, it will be a lot of fun and hope to see all age groups there ! 🦀🦀🦀

Despite a cloudy, drizzly day ☁️ we ended up with some sun poking through ⛅️ and a lot of nippers enjoying the surf and waves. It’s fantastic to see the confidence building in the water !
