5 days to go until the Wissant Wave Classic and Sol Degrieck 🌊🌞B🇧🇪5 gives us the low down on exactly what we can expect! She’s one of the brightest young stars of the tour and last year finished 3rd overall in the Pro Women’s Wave Tour. This year she has her sights set on greater heights and will be pushing for the victory here in France to solidify her challenge for the title heading into the last events of the season.

Whilst she’s a Belgian rider, Wissant is a quick hop across the border and pretty much her local spot when she’s back at school so for sure she’s one of the favourites for this event.

RECAP: Citroën Windsurf World Cup Sylt 2025 • Freestyle

The Men’s Freestyle in Sylt 2025 was an innovation spectacle. Lennart Neubauer set the tone early with the Triple C**o, inspiring Jacopo Testa to also push bigger with a Double Air Shaka and crazy action going off all over the place.

It was also the first event judged exclusively using drones, allowing the riders more freedom to go outside the area and find the best conditions instead of being limited to a box near the shore.

Lennart Neubauer took the event win, but it was Yentel Caers who took the world title.

Who will take victory in 2026? The countdown is on… see you in Sylt!

“Windsurfing is an old man’s sport” - tell that to the 100+ kids already signed up for the Youth Slalom World Cup in Alacati in October! From as young as 8 years old, through to the fiercely competitive U21 division - boys and girls, fin and foil - it’s going to be a great week of racing at the Çağla Kubat Windsurf Kulübü | Alaçatı

This event is where the PWA Youth Slalom Tour was started out of the passion of two ex-racers - Jimmy Diaz and Çagla Kubat. Now it’s the biggest event, growing year on year, with the best young racers from around the World joining for the annual celebration of Youth racing.

29 World Titles and counting… it was another extremely successful Canaries summer for Sarah-Quita as she took two event wins and a 2nd place to secure her 17th Freestyle World Title and also leave her prominently placed to mount another challenge for the wave world title heading into the 2nd half of the season!
