Julia Palombo
Account Director at Showpony, Julia has a strong belief in the power of creativity to change minds and shift behaviour. Having worked on both client and agency side, Julia brings a unique and valuable perspective to the She Creates team.

Lucy Byrnes
As Senior Partnership Account Manager for Port Adelaide Football Club, Lucy knows how to be an excellent team player. Highly organised and proactive by nature, Lucy takes pride in running responsive, high-performing accounts - no loose ends, no missed opportunities.

We're so lucky to have so many incredible committee members this year. Keep your eyes peeled for the next She Creates event, we can’t wait to get the gang back together again!

✨️Introducing our 2026 Comms team ✨️

Katie Spry

Founding and Creative Director of Studio Juno, Katie brings over 25 years experience and a wealth of wisdom to She Creates. Her ability to problem solve, paired with her passion for supporting South Australia’s creative community, means she’s already become a valuable member of the committee.

Ry Pahl

Account Manager at SAUCE, Ry brings with her an undeniable (and sometimes uncontainable) passion for the arts, and for amplifying women’s voices in the creative industry. Ry knows that the world is made a better place when women are provided a safe and inclusive community that champions their achievements and empowers them to strive.

Rachael Eckert

As energetic and intelligent as she is creative, Rachael brings an abundance of graphic design experience to She Creates. Through her experience at various Adelaide creative agencies and on client side, Rachael has been shaped most by the mentors, collaborators, and friends who have championed her throughout the years. She joins the committee as a way to capture and celebrate the magic that happens when women create together.

Sristi Kamboj

As Client Executive at News Corp, Sristi brings a fresh, sharp perspective on the media landscape. She Creates resonates with her belief that growth is stronger when it’s shared, and she is passionate about creating spaces where women feel supported and encouraged to take up space - both personally and professionally.

The She Creates committee has been hard at work cooking up some fantastic ideas for the 2026 calendar. And with so many brilliant new brains in the kitchen, what a great time it is to formally introduce ourselves!

If you’re new here, hello! And if you’ve been around for a while, you’ll know that we have a huge thank you to give to the founding committee, who worked tirelessly to make She Creates the incredible community that it is.

✨️Maddie Tierney has jumped feet first into the huge shoes left by previous Co-Chairs Elise Rundell and Amy Lambert as She Creates Chair. She brings with her a fierce passion for supporting women in creative industries and is a firm believer that great things happen when women lift each other up.

✨️Bri Hammond is our outstanding Secretary. Always two steps ahead and never skipping a beat, Bri brings to the committee a hope to help more women feel encouraged to push boundaries and make their mark in the industry.

We’ll be introducing you to more of our amazing committee members over the next couple weeks, so stay tuned!

🕵🏻‍♀️ Imposter Syndrome. It’s a topic we rarely discuss but it’s something that an overwhelming amount of us struggle with. If we’re all silently dealing with this, surely it’s time to talk about it, right?

Thanks to the AADC we got the opportunity to do just that, with an incredible panel of professionals sharing their personal insights and experiences with Imposter Syndrome. There was much laughter, a few swear words (IYKYK), and so much brilliant wisdom shared.

Trained in History of Art, Arabella brings a refined eye for design and storytelling, paired with a deep technical understanding of how those ideas are executed. Her philosophy is simple: digital should be treated like architecture - thoughtfully designed, structurally sound, and built for longevity.

We'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to our International Women's Day event on March 13th, and made our first event for 2026 so incredible✨️

To our fantastic performer , we express our sincerest thanks for your amazing performance. Your work is poignant and incredibly relatable, while being hilarious and moving at the same time. We are so lucky to have had you perform.

And to all of you who came along - thank you so much for bringing your energy, enthusiasm and support! Your generosity in the event's raffle raised funds for the , a charity making a huge difference in making the arts more accessible for all, which we feel incredibly proud to have supported this International Women's Day✨️
