A warm welcome to our panellist Nalina Tran 🩷

Nalina takes pride in being unapologetically colourful and fully expressed, in the meeting room, (and especially on the dance floor). A film producer, event host, and coach, she helps women leaders turn storytelling and speaking into second nature, on camera, on stage, and in everyday communication.

Raised in the coastal town of Cam Ranh, Vietnam, she moved to Sydney in 2010 carrying curiosity, ambition, and a lived experience of straddling two cultures. That experience is now her superpower, and she invites every woman she works with to celebrate their own.

Working across the creative industry with women from all walks of life, Nalina keeps seeing the same pattern: immense expertise and resilience, held back by cultural conditioning and challenges. Coming from that same demographic, she coaches from first-hand experience, backed by 10 years working with Australia's biggest media companies and broadcasters, including News Corp, SBS, and ABC.

Her goal is simple: every woman she works with and every brand she represents leaves stronger, sharper, and more herself, spice included. And they have fun getting there.

We can’t wait for Nalina to join us at our upcoming panel event, Against the Grain.

It promises to be an evening of storytelling, reflecting on the moments that shaped careers and gaining insights into how to build the confidence to go change the status quo.
