Despite navigating hurricanes, 28 teams came together for the 2026 Los Cabos Billfish Tournament, recording 102 catches and competing for an incredible $460,360 in prize money!

Congratulations to Capt. Kim Manning’s Magic Touch for taking top honors with 650 points and $112,625 in winnings! From incredible gamefish action to unforgettable camaraderie and a spectacular beachfront awards celebration, Cabo delivered another memorable finish to the fall tournament season.

Six decades of big-game fishing history!

The 60th Anniversary Cairns Black Marlin Tournament celebrated its legacy on the Great Barrier Reef, with 72 black marlin released over four days. Viking II took home Champion Boat honors with six releases, while the milestone event honored legends of the sport and advanced black marlin research through satellite tagging.

A celebration of the people, conservation and fishing legacy that have made Cairns a world-renowned destination for big-game anglers.
