This Memorial Day, Tallgrass Film Association pauses to honor and remember all who gave their lives in service to our country.

We are grateful for their sacrifice, their courage, and the freedoms their service helped protect. Today, we hold space for remembrance, reflection, and gratitude.

Emerging Filmmaker Program – Now Accepting Applications

Calling all young creatives! The Tallgrass Film Association’s Emerging Filmmaker Program (EFP) is now open for 2026.

Designed for local students in grades 8–12 (ages 13–18), this program offers hands-on experience and direct access to industry professionals. Participants will explore everything from directing and screenwriting to cinematography, editing, and more.
