You never would’ve guessed that less than 24 hours before this wedding was scheduled to take place, the weather channel was calling for hurricane like weather.

In fact, this couple was originally planning to get married at another location, and just days before their wedding, they reached out in hopes to move to Oakhurst so they had an indoor/rain plan, just in case of inclement weather.

We sat down with them, took notes of all their wishes, and immediately went into action!

And just 72 hours after meeting them for the first time, we were 100% wedding ready and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful weddings we’ve ever had the honor of hosting.

When your entire wedding plans get uprooted in the matter of days due to incoming hurricane weather, but then ultimately turn out better than you could have imagined...

These beautiful florals from kbsflorals added the perfect touch of fall for our couple and the neutral color palette really helped keep the rustic vibe they were going for all along.
