As The Film Hub has grown, Lauren’s focus has shifted to other parts of the business. So we’ve donated our old sets and set pieces to schools and other organizations who can give them a new life! 🎬⁠

Last month, SD Media Pros brought Light the Scene to The Film Hub for an interactive workshop on how lighting helps shape the mood and story of a scene.⁠

EMMY Award winners Michael Brueggemeyer and Jim “JT” Teiper walked attendees through different lighting setups, techniques, and real-world scenarios, with plenty of hands-on learning and conversation along the way.⁠

Will the W**e Guy was back on Fox 5 this week for W**e Wednesday, talking fall w**es and giving The Film Hub a little plug while he was at it. 🍷

If you didn’t know, Will also hosts a monthly w**e tasting here every first Thursday afternoon. Each month explores a different w**e region, varietal, or style—from places like Oregon’s Willamette Valley to special tastings focused on dessert w**es, mead, and other unique selections.
