We’ve said it before, but because this continues to be a recurring issue, we need to make it as clear as possible:

Table bussing and end-of-night cleanup are two separate services.

Table bussing is the service responsible for clearing plates, dinnerware, cups and food waste from guest tables throughout the event. Our cleanup team does not perform these tasks, and they do not automatically become part of cleanup simply because items are still sitting on the tables at the end of the night.

If table bussing is not included in your booking, the client must arrange for the caterer, coordinator, family members or another designated person to completely clear all guest tables before our cleanup service can begin.

Please do not skip table bussing with the expectation that our cleanup team will perform both services at the end of the night.

If we had a dollar for every time we had to send an “Unfortunately, we’re already booked for your wedding date” message because someone waited until 60 days before their wedding to reach out… we’d have enough money to hire another crew. 😭

We hate turning couples away, but once a date is fully staffed, it’s fully booked, and popular weekends can fill MONTHS in advance.

Cleanup, table bussing and setup may feel like details that can wait, but someone has to clear the tables, pack the decorations, collect the trash and restore the venue when the celebration ends. Unless you want that “someone” to be your wedding party, we recommend getting your team secured early. 😂

We had to run this one back because apparently the first documentary didn’t clear everything up. 😂

Table bussing and cleanup are two separate services and booking cleanup does not automatically include clearing an entire evening’s worth of plates, dinnerware, and leftover dinner from guest tables.

Table Bussing happens throughout your event. Our team keeps tables clear, removes food waste and helps maintain a tidy guest area while everyone celebrates.

Cleanup begins at the end of the event and focuses on the services included in your booking, such as collecting trash, packing decor and rentals, clearing event areas and helping get the venue ready to close.

We love a good plot twist, but “surprise, you’re bussing too” is not one of them. 😭 If you want both handled, make sure both services are included in your package, and then you can enjoy the night without assigning the job to your family or wedding party.
