Valhalla Restaurant owners, Rande and Kim Payne, have been serving the Visalia area for 34 years and have expanded to include a countryside special event venue near Venice Hill. Our property is surrounded by beautiful orange trees and walnut trees. Unique to our venue is our redwood deck that will comfortably seat 200 guests.
