One year ago, we opened the doors to Provisional Events with a simple goal: create a place for people to gather, celebrate, and enjoy good food together.

As we celebrate one year of Provisional Events, I can’t help but think of our grandmother.

Our opening day was delayed because of her passing, making this anniversary both a celebration and a remembrance. She taught us the value of hospitality, hard work, and gathering around a table with the people you love.

I hope she would be proud of what we’ve built, and I’m grateful every day for the community that has supported us along the way.
