A little behind the scenes before the event begins.

Before our clients arrive, the YES Eventz team is already getting the space ready — opening up, checking the setup, turning everything on, and making sure the little details are handled.

For this event, our client wanted an estate-style layout and is bringing in their own decorator, along with their own chairs, to bring their vision together.

That’s one thing we love about our space — every event can look completely different depending on your vision and the team you bring in.

You normally see the finished event, but this is what happens before the doors open.

How many people can YES Eventz accommodate?

YES Eventz can accommodate up to 80 guests, depending on the style and layout of your event.

For seated events, around 50 guests is typically the most comfortable, especially when you need space for tables, catering, a DJ, photo booth, dance floor, or other vendors.

It’s not just about how many people can fit. It’s about creating a layout where your guests can comfortably enjoy the experience.
