Last weekend of October, and the property has never looked better. If you are engaged and even thinking about a farm wedding, this is the weekend to come stand in it, because photos do not do the fall color out here justice. And if you are just here for the season, happy Halloween from all of us at Fulton Valley Farms.

"Fulton Valley Farms has become our family's favorite Christmas tradition! Our kids always get an exceptional visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. They love finding the elves hidden on the light path, the sleigh rides..." - Violet H., A Country Christmas guest, Google review. Thirty days out from opening night, and this is why we do it.

Our whole approach fits on one line: one event, one guest at a time. We do not double book the property, so on your day the farm belongs to you. And because a basic wedding coordinator comes with the venue, there is someone from our team walking your timeline with you rather than a stranger you hired sight unseen. That is the part couples tell us they did not know they needed.

Want the lights to yourself? Private Christmas parties are available during A Country Christmas, and you can add the Creek House for lodging so your group never has to drive home in the cold. Companies do their year-end party this way, families do reunions, and everyone ends the night walking the light path together. December books early, so October is the right time to ask.

Cool October evenings are made for the Bower. It is a private dinner for two, or up to eight, in a decorated indoor or outdoor spot on the farm: fresh flowers, ch*****ne and a five course dinner, built around whatever you are celebrating. Anniversary, birthday, a proposal you have been planning since summer. One private dinner per night, and reservations need at least 48 hours notice.

Guest experience is the thing couples forget to ask about, and it is what people remember. Out here, that means parking close to the venues, golf carts to move guests and gear around the property, a handicap accessible site, indoor bathrooms, a heated barn when the evening turns cold, and lawn games like giant Jenga and corn hole for the gap between ceremony and dinner. Small things, big differences for grandparents and kids.
