Bronx Book Fair In 2017 Lorraine Currelley made herstory by becoming the first female executive director for the Bronx Book Fair aka The Peoples Book Fair.

The Bronx Book Fair vision and mission as part of POETS NETWORK & EXCHANGE is to connect and encourage literary and social engagement between community residents and poets and writers. ON BEHALF OF BRONX BOOK FAIR AKA THE PEOPLE'S BOOK IT IS WITH GREAT SORROW WE ANNOUNCE THE TRANSITION OF OUR DEARLY BELOVED SISTERFRIEND PROFESSOR DR JEANETTE EUREKA TIBURCIO MARQUEZ, Executive Chairman, H.C. Match Arts, World Founding President of Cloister and the World Federation of Leadership and High Intelligence A.C., as well as World Executive President of the World Academy of Literature, History, Art and Culture, President and creator of "A Thousand Minds for Mexico"...

Our heartfelt condolences to the family and all who loved our dearly beloved sister friend. Our hearts are heavy. Words cannot express the depth of our united sorrow. We are in a state of disbelief. How is this possible? We honor our dearly beloved sister friend, her contributions to world peace, unity, love of humanity, and her work and love of poetry and literature. She was and remains a magnificent symbol of humanity. We choose not to say goodbye because she remains with us in heart and memory. She lived a life of purpose and shared so much love. Our dearly beloved sister friend was called home to eternal rest after completing the monumental work God ordained and called her to.
