We take new beginners anytime during the year. We also offer entertainment. We participate in yearly events such as Knott's Berry Farm, San Diego County Fair, Disneyland, and local events. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in lessons or entertainment.

We are still not over performing with the Mākaha Sons last month in Irvine. We spent months with almost daily practices to get everything just right for the beautiful mele they were going to perform, using as much time as we could on the Barclay stage to go over spacing and choreography details. Before and after the show, many tears were shed as we put more and more effort into our rehearsals and that effort bore fruit on stage. We also could not stop smiling and laughing both behind and on stage. They made us and the audience feel so comfortable and at home. Mahalo nui loa, Mākaha Sons, for having us as your dancers for one of your many 50th year concerts, and thank you Auntie Reba for making this happen. 🎤

We were pleased to be on stage, ready for our part of sound check, when Mākaha Sons played “Makee 'Ailana,” a mele we’ve been doing a lot for shows lately.

We’d like to once again thank Monte de Oro Monte De Oro Winery for having us for their luau last month. It is always such a magical evening when we perform at this winery, and we were glad to perform the majority of it with Slack Key ‘Ohana Slack Key Ohana and share the stage again with Melinda and Dane of Ho’okupu o Hawai’i Polynesian Revue melina tuminting Thank you, Auntie Reba Reba Marabotto , for making this fun show happen! 🍷

From last month when we performed at Mulligan Family Fun Center’s Mulligan Family Fun Center summer luau! We had a great time performing for all the attending families and appreciated all the compliments on our performance. Thanks, Mulligan, for having (and feeding) us! 🌴

Mahalo nui loa San Diego Ho’olaule’a San Diego Ho’olaule’a for having us again this year! We were proud to once again present hula kahiko, hula ‘auana, and ‘Ori Tahiti to a community that loves Hawaiian and Polynesian culture so much. It is always such an honor to perform at this festival and support other performers, creators, and businesses. 🌺

We are excited to once again perform with Nathan Aweau on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at the California Center For the Arts, Escondido! We’ve performed for the WellQuest of Menifee Lakes location for several years and were excited to finally dance for the Murrieta location. In solidarity with the Merrie Monarch Festival, we wanted to spread the word that the committee is encouraging people to not use palapalai, ‘ōhi’a lehua, or maile for at least three years for their lei making. These plants, important to Hawaii, lei making, and hula, have been in the process of being overpicked. Anyone wanting to use these plants should seek out alternatives to allow these plants to replenish. More plentiful plants such as shinobu ferns, panax plants, and bottlebrush (a common sight in our city’s local landscaping) can be used as alternatives. Please help the land revive by not using these three plants for at least three years. 🌺
