We take new beginners anytime during the year. We also offer entertainment. We participate in yearly events such as Knott's Berry Farm, San Diego County Fair, Disneyland, and local events. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in lessons or entertainment.

We are once again performing at Mulligan Family Fun Center Mulligan Family Fun Center for their summer luau! It’s on Friday September 18 from 6-10pm. There will also be fire performances and unlimited rides and attractions. This weekend we had the absolute pleasure to participate in Kumu Leialoha Lim Amina's workshop on the study of mele (song) and the significance as it inspires the hula. Her knowledge truly was stimulating for our passion for the art!

She was so gracious to teach us all a hula she choreographed for Robert Cazimero. And what a fun surprise that she invited us all to perform with her at the E Hula Mau celebration later that night! It was really special to be alongside our hula sisters across many hālau, all united with our love for hula and the Hawaiian culture.

We are more than performers. We are living continuations of tradition, history, and community. Mahalo iā E Hula Mau a me Kumu Leialoha for the 'ike and this amazing opportunity

We are pleased to be able to perform again this year at San Diego Ho’olaule’a San Diego Ho’olaule’a on Sunday, August 23, at Liberty Station! We will be presenting kahiko, ‘auana, and ‘ori Tahiti. We love coming to this wonderful festival celebrating Hawaiian culture and hope to see you there! 🌺

Thank you to Dutch Club AVIO for having us last week for your annual Hawaiian night! It was a joy to share our love of Polynesian culture with you and for you to share your Dutch-Indonesian culture with us. It was so special for our dancer Ingrid to share this place with us and perform for the community she had grown up in. She did a solo hula dedicated to her late mother, her first time doing that dance for these members since her mother’s passing 16 years ago. We loved the warm welcome, the hospitality, the food, and getting to dance for you all (and WITH you all after!). 🇮🇩

We are so proud of our tamari’i Thia for competing in Heiva San Diego this past weekend! Our sole competitor this year, she competed in the 7-10 soloist, otea and mehura categories as well as with the pupu Ha’ai for their group performance. She made it to semifinals and did amazing! 👏🏼
