Knibbe Ranch is proud to welcome Juan Pablo Falcon as our new General Manager. He officially started on October 1st.

Pablo has worked alongside our team for years, supporting major events and helping create the unforgettable experiences guests associate with Knibbe Ranch. With a long history in event planning, large‑scale productions, and rodeo‑style venues, he brings a deep understanding of what it takes to run seamless, high‑energy gatherings here in the Hill Country.

Most recently, Pablo served in a leadership role at another event venue, where he spent time managing operations, coordinating complex event logistics, and ensuring every guest left with a memorable experience. Now, he’s bringing that expertise back home - full‑time - to Knibbe Ranch.

We’re excited for the leadership, passion, and hands‑on knowledge Pablo brings to our corporate events, conventions, and Hill Country celebrations of every kind.
