HERE ARE THE RULES for our 2017 Kiddies Helping Kitties Christmas Auction Fundraiser:
MOST IMPORTANT RULE OF ALL!!! This is for the kitties! Have fun. This year, in honor of each of the 12 days of Kitty Christmas, we will have a random drawing for all those who have the latest (highest) bid on each item. The time will not be disclosed and will vary each day. Prizes will be announced on . Each daily winner will be announced and posted. Each separate item with a bid counts as one entry, so bidding on more items increases your daily chances of winning. AUCTION LOCATION: KPOH.org Helping Unwanted Kitties on Facebook. DATE & TIME: Dec. 17th at 4:00 pm central ending on , November 28th at 9:00 pm central
1. BIDDING: Each auction item is individually numbered. To place a bid, please indicate amount within the comment section on the auction item picture. Please make sure your bid is $2.00 higher than the previous bid within the comment section, otherwise, your bid will be disqualified.
2. Please PM your email address and associated Item # to us with the item(s) you are placing a bid on. Bids without associated email addresses will be disqualified.
3. All bids require to be at starting bid amount and increase in $2.00 or more increments thereafter only. All others will be disqualified.
4. Combined shipping is available. All shipping will be done via USPS mail with tracking and will be shipped the most economical means via dimensions and weight. Flat rate shipping will be used at all times when possible when opportunity presents.
5. Payment - Payment for winning bids including shipping MUST be made using PayPal: to
https://www.paypal.me/KPOH within 72 hours of close of auction or provisions for payment to be made with checks or item(s) will be offered to the next highest bidder. You will be contacted within 24 hours after the close of the auction with your total amount which will include the cost of shipping. Please select "Gift" as a transaction type, to specify your payment as a Personal Payment Owed or pay the PayPal fees associated with the transaction to increase the amount that is raised by the auction to lessen the fee burden that is deducted by Paypal.
6. Shipping - You must provide a shipping address to receive your item. Please EMAIL:
[email protected] immediately after the auction so we can get your auction item on their way to you. Please include each Item # that you have won so that we can accurately inform you of shipping total.
7. Fulfillment -Auction items will be shipped WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving the winner's payment AND shipping address.
8. Policy - KPOH.org reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time during or after the auction for any reason at their discretion. KPOH.org reserve the right to disqualify any bid at any time during or after the auction for any reason at their discretion.
