My birthday is November 12, and I’m inviting you to celebrate with me! Think mystical scorpions, celestial moons, gorgeous burgundy and black cookies, and shimmering gold accents. A little mysterious, a little glamorous, and a whole lot of fun! 🖤✨

🎀 SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 21 — AUTUMN BARBIE: FALL FASHION CAKE WORKSHOP

We’re bringing back the classic old-school Barbie doll cake! Think gorgeous vintage buttercream gowns, beautiful piping, and cascading autumn leaves. Childhood nostalgia meets fall fashion, and YOU get to be the cake designer!

🖤💀 60 YEARS OF LIFE. ONE UNFORGETTABLE CELEBRATION. 🥀✨

Some cakes are made to be enjoyed… others are designed to leave you speechless. This one was a little bit of BOTH!

What an incredible opportunity to create this dramatic, gothic-inspired masterpiece for a milestone 60th birthday celebration at the beautiful Quail Valley in Vero Beach!

This was no ordinary birthday cake. It was a combination of pastry artistry, sculpting, chocolate work, intricate detailing, and a little theatrical magic!

🥀 A skeletal hand rising from the top tier, clutching three beautiful crimson roses.

💀 A custom-carved, illuminated chamber filled with handcrafted white chocolate skulls, individually finished with edible luster dust.

🖤 Intricate gothic scrollwork, dramatic textured finishes, and shimmering black details.

💙 And one of my FAVORITE details… those haunting icy-blue eyes and skeletal forest design on the bottom tier were inspired by the actual birthday invitation! I loved incorporating the event’s original artwork into the cake, bringing the entire celebration theme together in a truly personal way.

And beneath all that drama? Something equally delicious!

🍫 Three layers of rich chocolate cake with strawberry filling and silky Swiss meringue buttercream.

❤️ Two layers of Southern red velvet cake with decadent chocolate ganache buttercream.

Every tier had its own personality, and every detail was thoughtfully created to bring this extraordinary vision to life.

Some birthday surprises are just a little sweeter than others… and this one was absolutely bee-autiful! ✨

Today, we had the pleasure of delivering a very special birthday surprise to the lovely owner of B Jewelry in Sebastian, Florida! 💛

Thoughtfully arranged by a loved one, this sweet surprise featured a beautiful 6-inch, three-layer vanilla yellow cake, filled and frosted with rich chocolate ganache buttercream and silky vanilla buttercream.

But the magic was in the details! 🐝

🐝 Adorable handmade chocolate bees
🌼 Delicate florals and buttercream details
✨ Sweet golden drips and whimsical finishing touches

And because one sweet surprise is never enough, we paired it with a dozen coordinating cupcakes to complete the celebration! 🧁💛
