Welcome TYPSY UNICORNS BREWING to the Craft Brew Hullabaloo

Who are they and what's their story?

"We’re the definition of mom-and-pop. Our brewpub has a big-screen soul—where handcrafted b**r and scratch-made food meet a deep love for the movies. From the golden age of Hollywood to today’s blockbusters, our space is a tribute to film lovers of all eras.

JR, our Master Brewer with over 9 years of experience perfecting his craft. From crisp la**rs to bold IPAs, he brews each pint like a director frames a perfect shot—precise, passionate, and full of character. In the kitchen, Mika brings serious culinary chops as a classically trained chef. Her dishes are a blend of comfort and creativity, inspired by timeless flavors and made with fresh, thoughtful ingredients. Every plate she sends out is worthy of the spotlight.

Whether you're a local looking for your next favorite hangout or a visitor chasing great food, better b**r, and a nostalgic vibe, you’ve found your spot. So come in, grab a seat, and enjoy the show—because at our place, every night is movie night."

Can't wait to meet you all and sip the samples

Wouldn't be a hullabaloo without Jesse from

MEET THE BREWMASTER

Jesse Robles discovered his affinity for homebrewing while working at a craft b**r store as a young adult. Soon thereafter, looking to expand his newfound craft, he enrolled at Siebel Institute of Technology and studied in Chicago, IL and Munich, Germany, where he earned an international diploma in brewing technology.

Through his travels, Jesse developed an approach to brewing that is simple, principled and relies on the basics.

The way he sees it, innovation in the world of craft b**r is not about inventing new flavors, but rather, perfecting the classics and infusing them with a personal twist. Before joining American Icon Brewery, Jesse Robles worked as a brewmaster and cellar manager for other breweries in Florida and New York.

IVANHOE PARK BREWING with be at the Hullabaloo
What's their story? So glad you asked.

🌞Independent By Choice🌞

An independent craft brewery and tasting room located in the historic Ivanhoe District of Orlando, Florida, Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company celebrates the spirit and pioneering ways of early 20th century Lake Ivanhoe founder George I. Russell.

Later named Joyland, an amusement and recreational park located on the shores of Lake Ivanhoe, Ivanhoe Park previously served as home to beautifully lined orange groves and a pineapple farm.

Connecting Orlando's historic past to our brewery’s commitment to community, education and the use of quality ingredients, Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company seeks to make craft b**r accessible to everyone.
