📅 Monday–Friday: The office is open and work is happening around the grounds as we prepare for upcoming events.

🔒 This weekend: Private events will be taking place — no public access.

🎡 And of course, we’re continuing to get ready for the 76th Annual Desert Empire Fair — October 23–25, 2026!

Even when there isn’t a public event on the calendar, the Fairgrounds is rarely standing still. ❤️

There are more people and groups involved than you might think:

🏟️ **Fairgrounds Staff** — handles the day-to-day operation
🏛️ Board of Directors — provides leadership and oversight
❤️ Friends of the Fair — a separate nonprofit that supports the Fairgrounds and Fair
🎪 Event Organizers — bring different events to the grounds
🎤 Specialty Groups— help with things like sound, livestock, exhibits, rodeo, motorsports and more
