📢 OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE
CHARLOTTE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS
We would like to address recent concerns and confusion regarding the cancellation of the “Celebration Dinner and Show,” which was scheduled for September 18 & 19 at our facility.
Charlotte County Fairgrounds was simply the venue rented by an independent event producer. The rental was accepted in good faith, and we had no reason to anticipate the circumstances that led to the cancellation.
The fairgrounds was not involved in the organization, ticket sales, cancellation decisions, or refund process for that event. We understand the frustration of those affected and sincerely regret the unfortunate experience.
We also want to reassure our community that the upcoming ENCHANTED HOLIDAY CIRCUS is completely unrelated to the canceled event.
Enchanted Holiday Circus is presented by Giovanni and Forza Entertainment LLC, a company we have proudly worked with for more than six years. Throughout this longstanding relationship, we have had positive experiences and have never encountered issues of this nature.
We want our community to understand that renting the same venue does not mean events are operated by the same company. These are entirely separate productions, managed by different organizers.
We remain committed to welcoming quality entertainment to our community and look forward to another wonderful holiday season with Enchanted Holiday Circus.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
