SHOUT OUT TO THE FLOWMIES!! OUR STAGE IS YOURS!!

Introspective invites all flow artists to express themselves weekly on our stage. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or picking up a prop for the first time, there’s space for you here!

At Intro, we put the DJ on the floor and save the stage for the flow artists. We’ve seen everything from poi and hula hoop to juggling, dance, gloving, and so much more. Bring your art, bring your style, and make the stage your own.

A few things keep the space safe and fun for everyone: respect the stage and the artists around you, one artist at a time unless you’ve coordinated with other flowmies, and NO FIRE.

This is your space to express yourself. Come flow with us every Tuesday. Tag the flowmies who should come out!
