Tickets may be picked up 2 hours prior to show time at the Box Office Will Call Window. Customer must have the actual credit card used to place the phone order, a picture ID, and the order confirmation number. PARKING INFORMATION:

If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase one parking pass per vehicle. Parking options start at $20 per vehicle for general parking and may be purchased online in advance. To upgrade your night with easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking. Premier Parking is available and can be purchased thru Ticketmaster or onsite (unless they are sold out). Premier Parking provides parking within close proximity to the main ticket gates as well as a dedicated exit route for a speedy start to your drive home.

*Drop-offs can be done at Gate 1 or Gate 2

Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. Other permitted items include blankets or tarps, binoculars, umbrellas, one (1 gallon or smaller) factory sealed bottle of water per person, must be factory sealed and in a clear plastic bottle, or empty water bottle, food items in one (1 gallon or smaller) clear plastic bag, non-aerosol bug spray and suntan lotion. Water may be poured into cups upon entry
NON-PERMITTED ITEMS:

Personal chairs of any kind, no alcohol or illegal substances, coolers, frozen water bottles, camping style lawn chairs, camping or bag chairs, selfie sticks, GoPros, iPads, laser pointers, glow sticks, spike jewelry (including spike belts, bracelets, necklaces, rings,) wallet chains, inflatables, signs/banners, knives or weapons of any kind. Camera Policy:
Personal point and shoot cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and detachable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Children:
Children 2 and under are admitted free on a parents lap or on lawn, unless otherwise stated. Lost & Found:

Smoking is prohibited in the pavilion. It is allowed in the plazas and in the lawn, but please do so respectfully. Our smoking policy includes e-cigs as well. Tailgating:
REASONABLE tailgating will be permitted from the time the lots open until the time that the gates open. Once the gates open, guests that have been on-site prior to the gate opening time will be asked to head inside the venue.
*Underage drinking is not permitted and will be policed.
*For guests that arrive after the gates are open – we will allow a reasonable amount of time (approx. 30 minutes) for guests to gather items, hang out with friends and head into the venue.
*Exercise good judgment, avoid dangerous activities and be aware that there are consequences for raucous behavior in the lots.
*Charcoal grills are not permitted.
*Ensure that enough room is available in the parking aisles so that in the event of an emergency, we can get the appropriate equipment through. Finally, our guests show up to enjoy their experience; they want to hang out with friends and have a good time and we want that too. That’s part of the summertime fun. However, we want and need to avoid people getting overly intoxicated. Any guest displaying signs of intoxication will not be permitted through the ticket gates. Weather:
